How fast can you get out for an emergency roof repair?

Accepted Answer

If you have an active leak or storm damage exposing the inside of your home, call (972) 885-0465 right away. We prioritize emergency calls and can usually get out same day to help stabilize the roof and stop further water damage.

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?

Accepted Answer

Common signs include shingle granules building up in gutters and downspouts, dents on vent caps and metal flashing, dark bruised circles on shingles, and torn or cracked shingles. A lot of hail damage isn't visible from the ground — the only reliable way to know is a free on-roof inspection.

How do I know if I have wind damage?

Look for missing shingles, lifted shingles with broken seal strips, creased or bent shingles, and pieces of shingle in the yard after a storm. Wind damage often happens in one area of the roof and is easy to miss from the ground.

I have a roof leak — what should I do?

First, if water is dripping inside, place a bucket and move anything valuable out of the way. If safe, take photos. Then call (972) 885-0465. We'll get out to inspect and stop the leak. Small leaks that are ignored turn into decking, insulation, and drywall damage very quickly.

That is entirely up to your insurance carrier, your policy, your deductible, and the extent of the damage. We inspect the roof, document damage with photos, and help you understand the next step. The insurance company always determines coverage.

No — and please be careful of any contractor who tells you they will. Ballistic Raider Roofing operates in full compliance with Texas law. It is illegal for a Texas roofing contractor to waive, cover, absorb, rebate, or pay any portion of a homeowner's insurance deductible. Any offer to do so should be a serious red flag.
